Who better to teach a class on health and fitness, and self defense, than someone who holds 2 NPC muscle and fitness national championship awards and whose day job is as a custody officer for the Department of Immigration and Naturalization Service? Michelle Tincombe, a resident of Arizona, is dedicated to physical fitness not only because it keeps her healthy, but because, in her job, it can also keep her alive.
Michelle, one of thirteen children, grew up on a Wisconsin dairy farm. "When you are born into a large farming family," Michelle says, "You learn early on that you have to pull your own weight and that you will get from life only what you are willing to work for."
Michelle is a strong supporter of the mission of the Holloway Foundation and volunteered to fly across the country to participate in this seminar. We think you will find her as dedicated to health and fitness as our foundation is.
